Responsibilities
- Organize fashion shows in Paris, ensuring alignment with brand image and adherence to briefs.
- Oversee production, casting, hair and makeup, and other show elements.
- Coordinate logistics including catering, hospitality, wardrobe, badges, signage, administrative documents, accounting, and travel arrangements.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage and coordinate schedules and budgets.
- Organize and oversee brand events in France and internationally, including campaign launches, dinners, store openings, and afterparties.
- Participate in the development of event guidelines for retail and wholesale events.
- Coordinate and manage internal events.
- Handle administrative coordination of events, including billing and material orders.
- Update the annual event calendar and track monthly event reports.
- Conduct event research and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- At least 5 years of experience in event management, with significant experience in fashion show production.
