Kenzo Global Training Manager

1. Develop and execute a global training strategy aligned with retail and wholesale objectives.
2. Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities for improvement.
3. Design and develop innovative training programs, including in-person workshops, e-learning modules, and webinars.
4. Create engaging training materials, including product knowledge guides and client service protocols.
5. Implement animation programs to support product launches and seasonal campaigns.
6. Develop deep expertise in the brand's products and translate complex information into training content.
7. Define and promote the brand's client experience vision and standards.
8. Facilitate training sessions both in-person and virtually, adapting to different audiences.
9. Establish metrics to track the effectiveness of training programs and analyze outcomes.

1. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in training, preferably within the luxury retail or fashion industry.

1. Proven experience in creating engaging and effective training content using multimedia tools.
2. Deep understanding of luxury retail operations and client experience principles.
3. Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
4. Strong project management and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Fluency in English.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in training, with a preference for experience within the luxury retail or fashion industry.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
