- Develop and execute a global training strategy aligned with retail and wholesale objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and develop innovative training programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, and webinars.
- Ensure training content aligns with brand guidelines and client experience standards.
- Create engaging training materials, including product knowledge guides and selling skills techniques.
- Develop interactive training modules using multimedia tools such as video and animation.
- Implement animation programs to support product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to align training materials with in-store presentation standards.
- Develop expertise in the brand's products and translate complex information into training content.
- Define and promote the brand's client experience vision and standards.
- Facilitate training sessions in person and virtually, adapting to different audiences.
- Train and coach regional trainers and store managers to deliver training content.
- Establish metrics to track the effectiveness of training programs and analyze data for improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in training within the luxury retail or fashion industry.
- Proven experience in creating engaging training content using multimedia tools.
- Deep understanding of luxury retail operations and client experience principles.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 5-7 years in training, preferably within the luxury retail or fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
