1. Update and maintain the Worldwide Store Handbook in coordination with global operations teams.
2. Ensure operational compliance with internal procedures.
3. Modernize and enhance internal tools.
4. Oversee stock management.
5. Conduct analyses on stock, packaging, and uniforms.
6. Coordinate gift orders within the EMEA region.
7. Manage orders and budget tracking for worldwide packaging and uniforms.
8. Oversee packaging, uniform, and grooming guidelines.
9. Manage the operational aspects of the Simplifield application.
10. Maintain team expertise in CEGID, organize training, and ensure booklet updates in coordination with the IT team.
11. Ensure constant communication with field teams.
12. Identify areas for operational improvement.
13. Monitor stockist KPIs related to bonus allocation.
14. Coordinate with the showroom on order management.
15. Manage the indirect purchasing policy.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within an international context.

2. Result-oriented with analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Strong Excel skills.
