1. Analyze, comprehend, and formalize the functional business needs of the e-commerce and client departments, including clienteling and marketing automation.
2. Evaluate technical implications and impacts on the information systems, leveraging internal or external experts.
3. Plan and manage various phases of new feature implementation, including analysis, testing, and production deployment.
4. Document systems and processes thoroughly.
5. Investigate incidents and ensure the maintenance of existing solutions from both technical and functional perspectives.

1. 5 to 7 years of experience in IT project management.
2. Ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem is advantageous.
