- Analyze, comprehend, and formalize the functional business needs of the e-commerce and client departments, including clienteling and marketing automation.
- Evaluate technical implications and impacts on the information systems, leveraging internal or external experts.
- Plan and manage various phases of new feature implementation, including analysis, testing, and production deployment.
- Document systems and processes thoroughly.
- Investigate incidents and ensure the maintenance of existing solutions from both technical and functional perspectives.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in IT project management.
- Ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Project management expertise.
- Technical acumen in IT systems.
Minimum of 5 years in IT project management, with a proven ability to connect business requirements with technical solutions.
