1. Drive commercial activity and client engagement to achieve sales and profit targets.
2. Conduct thorough commercial activity analyses and implement action plans including visual merchandising, product placement, and commercial operations.
3. Provide qualitative reporting and feedback to the team and headquarters support functions.
4. Attract, engage, and retain clientele by ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
5. Identify, attract, and engage talent within the team.
6. Evaluate, develop, retain, and promote team members through personalized development plans.
7. Motivate and challenge the team through regular briefings, individual meetings, feedback, and coaching.
8. Ensure team autonomy to maintain business continuity under all circumstances.
9. Demonstrate leadership by understanding the brand's heritage and current positioning.
10. Adapt and work flexibly in all situations, managing complex scenarios effectively.
11. Develop internal networks and identify key contacts within the organization.

14. Ensure store standards align with brand image, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and maintenance.
15. Cultivate deep knowledge of the brand, products, trends, and competitors.
16. Tailor communication to each client's profile in both local language and English.
17. Possess comprehensive knowledge of storytelling and product information.
18. Foster relationships with personal shoppers, stylists, and concierge services.
19. Master and adhere to all procedures in compliance with the Store Handbook and local regulations.
20. Propose improvements to current procedures for enhanced efficiency.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury and high fashion sales.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear and small leather goods.
3. Passion for fashion and sales.
4. Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets while focusing on customer needs and experience.
5. Excellent personal presentation as a brand ambassador for Kenzo.
6. Understanding of retail sales KPIs.
7. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
