- Drive commercial activity and client engagement to meet sales and profit targets.
- Conduct thorough business analyses to implement effective action plans including visual merchandising, product placement, and commercial operations.
- Communicate qualitative reports and feedback to the team and headquarters support functions.
- Attract, engage, and retain clientele ensuring exceptional customer service throughout their store experience.
- Identify, attract, and engage talent, creating personalized development plans for team members.
- Motivate and challenge the team through regular briefings, individual meetings, feedback, and coaching.
- Ensure team autonomy to maintain business continuity under all circumstances.
- Demonstrate leadership by understanding the brand's heritage, storytelling, and current positioning.
- Adapt to changes and manage complex situations with an entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset.
- Promote Kenzo's culture both internally and externally, ensuring store standards align with brand image.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the brand, products, trends, and competitors.
- Adapt communication to suit each client's profile in both local language and English.
- Master and adhere to all procedures in compliance with the Store Handbook and local regulations.
- Propose improvements to current procedures for enhanced efficiency.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury and high fashion retail sales.
- Experience in ready-to-wear and small leather goods sales.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
- Excellent personal presentation as a brand ambassador for Kenzo.
- Understanding of retail sales KPIs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and client relationship management.
- Analytical skills for business performance evaluation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
A minimum of 3 years in luxury and high fashion retail sales, with experience in ready-to-wear and small leather goods.
