Kenzo E-Commerce Manager

- Oversee the digital flagship Kenzo.com in Japan and the Zozovilla marketplace, ensuring alignment with brand vision and business strategy.
- Collaborate with local retail teams and HQ Digital to set budget goals and strategic drivers to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Develop and implement action plans to meet sales targets, optimizing business performance through analysis of sales and online KPIs.
- Strengthen partnerships with platforms like Zozovilla to enhance brand visibility and attractiveness.
- Manage stock allocations and logistics to ensure timely delivery and availability of e-commerce inventory.
- Coordinate website content and product information to align with global and local strategies.
- Optimize SEM and digital marketing efforts in collaboration with HQ and local agencies.
- Manage customer service inquiries and improve customer satisfaction metrics such as NPS.
- Lead CRM campaigns and e-clienteling initiatives to enhance client engagement and revenue.
- Conduct user tests and act as a project leader for local e-commerce initiatives.
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably within the fashion sector.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (SFCC, SFSC), GA4, PIM tools, and BI tools like Tableau.
- Strong project management skills, including stakeholder management and cost management.
- Knowledge of personal information protection and management processes.
- Fluency in Japanese and English.
- Operational capabilities and proactive mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with local and HQ stakeholders.
- Data-driven thinking and business acumen.
- Problem-solving and logical thinking abilities.
- Excellent Japanese copywriting skills.
Minimum of 5 years in e-commerce, with a preference for experience in the fashion industry.
