1. Assist in managing the commercial operations and performance of the e-commerce site.
2. Participate in merchandising and promotional activities during key commercial periods.
3. Analyze and monitor e-commerce KPIs across various markets.
4. Oversee stock availability.
5. Conduct competitive analysis.
6. Contribute to the implementation of promotional campaigns and special operations.
7. Ensure customer relationship management through client services and e-clienteling.
8. Assist in managing e-concession partnerships.
9. Upload and monitor products on partner marketplaces.
10. Coordinate with marketplace teams to ensure product information accuracy and brand consistency.
11. Analyze marketplace performance and provide recommendations for sales optimization.

1. Master's degree in business or equivalent (Bac+4/5).
2. Recognized for excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
4. Interest in the luxury and fashion sectors with a keen sense of priorities.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Preferably knowledgeable in Agile methodology and tools such as JIRA, Notion, or Asana.

Preferably with initial experience in e-commerce.

Master's degree in business or equivalent (Bac+4/5).
