- Assist in managing the commercial operations and performance of the e-commerce site.
- Participate in merchandising and promotional activities during key commercial periods.
- Analyze and monitor e-commerce KPIs across various markets.
- Oversee stock availability.
- Conduct competitive analysis.
- Contribute to the implementation of promotional campaigns and special operations.
- Ensure customer relationship management through client services and e-clienteling.
- Assist in managing e-concession partnerships.
- Upload and monitor products on partner marketplaces.
- Coordinate with marketplace teams to ensure product information accuracy and brand consistency.
- Analyze marketplace performance and provide recommendations for sales optimization.
- Master's degree in business or equivalent (Bac+4/5).
- Recognized for excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
- Interest in the luxury and fashion sectors with a keen sense of priorities.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English.
- Preferably knowledgeable in Agile methodology and tools such as JIRA, Notion, or Asana.
Preferably with initial experience in e-commerce.
Master's degree in business or equivalent (Bac+4/5).
