- Oversee the annual salary review process to ensure equitable and rigorous management of salary increases.
- Conduct compensation surveys and analyze market data to ensure competitive offerings.
- Recommend attractive and tailored compensation packages to meet employee needs.
- Manage health insurance and welfare schemes in France, ensuring high-quality social benefits for employees.
- Monitor and propose social benefits to enhance employee well-being.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of the Maison, actively participating in long-term vision development.
- Consolidate, analyze, and monitor payroll to ensure optimal financial management.
- Prepare and consolidate the annual budget and its revisions, participating in strategic financial planning.
- Ensure transparency and compliance in social reporting for France and consolidate local reports.
- Provide precise analyses for informed decision-making through monthly reporting and social dashboards.
- Maintain an overview of human resources by monitoring workforce levels.
- Manage provisions for France and Europe with precision and rigor.
- Provide essential support to the HR team in their daily requests.
- Advanced degree in Finance or Human Resources.
- Minimum of 7 years of recognized expertise in Compensation and Benefits, preferably within an international group.
- Proven team management skills and natural leadership qualities.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities to manage large data flows.
- Sensitivity to HR issues and a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and build trust.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, for effective communication in an international environment.
