1. Assist in the preparation of the showroom, including participation in organizational meetings and reporting.
2. Research and liaise with service providers.
3. Recruit temporary staff for showroom operations.
4. Develop and manage the client appointment schedule using Excel.
5. Coordinate appointment bookings with area managers and maintain reporting.
6. Prepare sales support tools.
7. Oversee the operational and logistical setup of showrooms.
8. Manage the showroom appointment schedule and client reception.
9. Coordinate with various service providers and manage sales support tools.
10. Conduct inventory of showroom collections.
11. Assist in organizing seating arrangements for fashion shows.
12. Support the wholesale commercial team with tasks such as creating training materials for key partners, updating client portfolios, and coordinating the dispatch of items for client photoshoots.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent program.
2. Previous internship experience in a corporate setting.
3. Seeking a gap year or end-of-study internship.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Dynamic and responsive with excellent prioritization abilities.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
5. Analytical skills with a strong affinity for numbers.
6. Ability to multitask effectively.
7. Passion for ready-to-wear fashion and a keen interest in the fashion industry.
8. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Beginner level experience, ideally with a prior internship in a business environment.

Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
