- Define the key target balances of the collection, including launch dates, group sizes, SKU numbers, pricing, and margins.
- Challenge the collection structure during development in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Lead the pre-purchase process.
- Collaborate on the Open-to-Buy (OTB) hypothesis with the Retail Merchandising team.
- Oversee showroom order closure in conjunction with Collection Merchandising and Development & Production.
- Set annual and seasonal financial objectives and participate in Budget and Strategic Plan analyses.
- Coordinate collection calendars, anticipating and organizing key meetings across departments.
- Manage the monthly Industrial and Commercial Plan coordination.
- Analyze weekly and seasonal sell-out performances to continuously improve reporting.
- Monitor sell-in performances during showrooms and conduct post-market analysis, coordinating retail and wholesale.
- Ensure product data integrity and relevance for various analyses.
- Collaborate closely with IT to ensure timely and accurate delivery of automated reports and analysis requirements.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Business Planning, finance, or management control with a strong interest in fashion and product sensitivity.
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Tableau is an advantage.
- Strong synthesis and analytical skills.
- Organizational skills, precision, and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and process improvement abilities.
- Agility and capability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish positive working relationships with various stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.

Minimum of 5 years in Business Planning, finance, or management control within the fashion industry.
