1. Define the key target balances of the collection, including launch dates, group sizes, SKU numbers, pricing, and margins.
2. Challenge the collection structure during development in alignment with strategic objectives.
3. Lead the pre-purchase process.
4. Collaborate on the Open-to-Buy (OTB) hypothesis with the Retail Merchandising team.
5. Oversee showroom order closure in conjunction with Collection Merchandising and Development & Production.
6. Set annual and seasonal financial objectives and participate in Budget and Strategic Plan analyses.
7. Coordinate collection calendars, anticipating and organizing key meetings across departments.
8. Manage the monthly Industrial and Commercial Plan coordination.
9. Analyze weekly and seasonal sell-out performances to continuously improve reporting.
10. Monitor sell-in performances during showrooms and conduct post-market analysis, coordinating retail and wholesale.
11. Ensure product data integrity and relevance for various analyses.
12. Collaborate closely with IT to ensure timely and accurate delivery of automated reports and analysis requirements.

1. 5 to 7 years of experience in Business Planning, finance, or management control with a strong interest in fashion and product sensitivity.
2. Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Tableau is an advantage.
3. Strong synthesis and analytical skills.
4. Organizational skills, precision, and attention to detail.
5. Problem-solving, decision-making, and process improvement abilities.
6. Agility and capability to manage multiple priorities.
7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish positive working relationships with various stakeholders.
8. Fluency in English is mandatory.
