Kenzo Assistant Store Manager

- Drive commercial activity and client engagement to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Conduct thorough commercial activity analyses to implement strategic action plans, including visual merchandising, product placement, and promotional operations.
- Communicate qualitative reports and feedback to both the team and head office support functions.
- Attract, engage, and retain clientele by ensuring an impeccable welcoming experience and comprehensive client support throughout their store visit.
- Identify, attract, and engage talent within the team, fostering a culture of development and retention through personalized development plans.
- Motivate and challenge the team through regular briefings, individual meetings, feedback, and coaching to align with the brand's qualitative and quantitative goals.
- Ensure team autonomy to guarantee business continuity under all circumstances.
- Exhibit leadership by understanding the brand's heritage and current positioning, adapting to changes, and managing complex situations.
- Develop internal networks by identifying key contacts within the organization, such as visual merchandising and HR.
- Promote Kenzo's culture internally and externally, ensuring store standards align with brand image.
- Cultivate in-depth knowledge of the brand, products, trends, and competitors.
- Adapt communication to suit each client's profile, proficiently using both local language and English.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with personal shoppers, stylists, and concierge services.
- Ensure compliance with all procedures as per the Store Handbook and local regulations, while suggesting improvements for enhanced efficiency.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the retail sector.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate constantly evolving environments.
- Proven experience in clienteling.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales metrics and identify commercial trends and opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar retail position.
