Kenzo Assistant Store Manager

- Develop and empower sales associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, fostering teamwork and coaching staff.
- Oversee clienteling efforts to enhance client acquisition and retention.
- Support the Store Manager in implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Facilitate solutions to customer issues and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures, maintaining accurate inventory.
- Lead visual merchandising efforts to align with brand standards and drive sales.
- Assist in staff recruitment, training, and development, providing constructive feedback.
- Share responsibility for the store's profit and loss management.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail environment with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to analyze sales reports and identify business opportunities.
- Demonstrated experience in fostering positive customer interactions.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability to evolving environments.
- Proficiency in sales analysis and trend identification.

A minimum of 5 years in retail, including leadership experience.
