- Support the Store Manager in implementing operational policies and sales strategies.
- Develop, train, and empower sales associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, fostering teamwork and coaching staff.
- Manage clienteling efforts to enhance client acquisition and retention.
- Facilitate solutions to customer issues and handle escalated complaints.
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures and ensure accurate reporting.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage stock levels to meet business needs.
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and adapt displays to improve sales.
- Provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback to sales associates.
- Assist in the recruitment and development of store associates.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in evolving environments.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales reports to identify business trends and opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive positive customer interactions.
- Flexibility to work retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 3 years in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity, is required.
The position offers an annual salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000, dependent on skills and experience.
