1. Support the Store Manager in implementing operational policies and sales strategies.
2. Develop, train, and empower sales associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
3. Lead by example on the sales floor, fostering teamwork and coaching staff.
4. Manage clienteling efforts to enhance client acquisition and retention.
5. Facilitate solutions to customer issues and handle escalated complaints.
6. Perform daily opening and closing procedures and ensure accurate reporting.
7. Maintain inventory accuracy and manage stock levels to meet business needs.
8. Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and adapt displays to improve sales.
9. Provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback to sales associates.
10. Assist in the recruitment and development of store associates.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

The position offers an annual salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000, dependent on skills and experience.
