Kenzo Assistant Facilities Manager

- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and equipment as necessary.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Maintain direct relationships with service providers across Europe.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, including fire safety, lighting, and infrastructure.
- Plan and organize maintenance team and service provider interventions.
- Request and compare supplier quotes, manage purchase orders, and track invoices.
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and track interventions.
- Coordinate with the accounting team for invoice payments and budget tracking per store.
- Enforce hygiene and safety standards in buildings.
- Coordinate security audits and necessary corrective actions.
- Monitor and coordinate improvement works related to retail operations.
- Manage ticketing tools for store-reported issues.
- Assist services on cross-functional projects such as IT deployments and visual merchandising.
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Facility Management, Real Estate, Maintenance, or a related field (Bac +3 to Bac +5).
- Previous experience in building management or maintenance is advantageous.
- Organizational and meticulous in administrative and operational management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Autonomy and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, management software).
- Good command of English for regular interactions with international stakeholders.
Beginner level experience in building management or maintenance is preferred.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a relevant field.
