Kenzo Area Manager Wholesale

- Participate in defining commercial objectives and budgets per client in collaboration with management.
- Develop and manage the client portfolio, including multi-brand stores, department stores, and franchises.
- Implement the brand's policy with partners, ensuring adherence to guidelines such as Visual Merchandising and sales policies.
- Drive sales growth in the designated area.
- Ensure coherence, balance, and appropriate volume of client orders.
- Handle administrative and commercial follow-up with clients and resolve any disputes.
- Identify growth potentials within the market.
- Conduct market visits to monitor brand positioning, competitive analysis, and local sales team training.
- Ensure quality control of brand distribution.
- Prospect and expand the client portfolio.
- Manage an agent, setting objectives and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and distribution coherence.
- Create and manage commercial dashboards (turnover, sell-through, stocks) and provide regular reporting.
- Participate in organizing and conducting sales in showrooms (Paris and local markets).
- Conduct competitive market analysis and reporting.
- Coordinate closely with Finance, Architecture, Visual Merchandising, and Marketing departments to ensure adherence to internal processes.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial role within the EMEA region and luxury fashion industry.
- Strong fashion sensitivity.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Organized, structured, and results-oriented with analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Proficiency in English; Italian and Spanish are advantageous.
- Advanced Excel skills.
A minimum of 3 years in a commercial role within the EMEA region and luxury fashion industry is required.
