1. Participate in defining commercial objectives and budgets per client in collaboration with management.
2. Develop and manage the client portfolio, including multi-brand stores, department stores, and franchises.
3. Implement the brand's policy with partners, ensuring adherence to guidelines such as Visual Merchandising and sales policies.
4. Drive sales growth in the designated area.
5. Ensure coherence, balance, and appropriate volume of client orders.
6. Handle administrative and commercial follow-up with clients and resolve any disputes.
7. Identify growth potentials within the market.
8. Conduct market visits to monitor brand positioning, competitive analysis, and local sales team training.
9. Ensure quality control of brand distribution.
10. Prospect and expand the client portfolio.
11. Manage an agent, setting objectives and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and distribution coherence.
12. Create and manage commercial dashboards (turnover, sell-through, stocks) and provide regular reporting.
13. Participate in organizing and conducting sales in showrooms (Paris and local markets).
14. Conduct competitive market analysis and reporting.
15. Coordinate closely with Finance, Architecture, Visual Merchandising, and Marketing departments to ensure adherence to internal processes.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial role within the EMEA region and luxury fashion industry.

1. Strong fashion sensitivity.
2. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
3. Organized, structured, and results-oriented with analytical and synthesis capabilities.
4. Proficiency in English; Italian and Spanish are advantageous.
5. Advanced Excel skills.

A minimum of 3 years in a commercial role within the EMEA region and luxury fashion industry is required.
