1. Manage daily operations and maintain service standards at the Gotemba Premium Outlets store.
2. Conduct regular visits to nationwide outlet stores to identify issues and provide improvement guidance.
3. Collaborate with store management agencies to maximize sales through strategic goal setting.
4. Monitor sales and KPI progress, implementing action plans aligned with headquarters policies.
5. Ensure store operations, including product lineup and customer service, adhere to brand standards.
6. Execute product allocation for outlet stores, ensuring optimal placement.
7. Lead inventory management and stocktaking operations to promote efficiency.
8. Collaborate with the headquarters retail team to enhance execution and operational quality.
9. Work with departments such as MD and VMD to propose initiatives tailored to store needs.

1. 3–5 years of experience in outlet business within the luxury fashion retail industry.
2. 3–5 years of experience in store business management and area management.
3. Excellent communication skills; English proficiency is advantageous.

1. Strategic and analytical problem-solving skills.
2. Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role within the luxury fashion retail industry.
