1. Update technical information of materials and components in tracking spreadsheets.
2. Collect pricing and technical sheets.
3. Receive samples and deliver them to the studio and development teams.
4. Enter codifications and information into PLM systems.
5. Place and track orders for collections, liaising with suppliers.
6. Manage SCAN data archiving.
7. Monitor quality tests.
8. Prepare dossiers for production handover.
9. Send various guidelines to suppliers.

1. Previous experience in a similar role through an internship or apprenticeship.
2. Enrollment in a business, fashion, or textile engineering school.
3. Proficiency in Excel and PLM systems.
4. Dynamic, detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Proficient in English.
