Kendo Visual Merchandising Coordinator

- Plan and manage the design, briefing, production, and rollout of point-of-sale materials for launches and marketing activities within the allocated budget, collaborating closely with UK stakeholders.
- Develop, implement, and produce visual merchandising plates and point-of-sale materials for Kendo launches in accordance with brand guidelines, coordinating with local suppliers and headquarters teams.
- Create and disseminate visual merchandising launch guidelines, ensuring effective implementation in stores and presenting to relevant teams.
- Develop planograms for space negotiation and visual merchandising planning.
- Manage the visual merchandising maintenance tracker and liaise with suppliers to resolve issues promptly.
- Update the weekly tracker to communicate the status of visual merchandising projects to the business.
- Support marketing and other stakeholders in the execution of bespoke displays as required.
- Participate in new store openings and pop-ups as necessary.
- Create purchase orders and manage costs within the visual merchandising budget tracker.
- Manage product send-outs for suppliers as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of visual merchandising experience in a similar environment, ideally within the beauty industry.
- Proficient knowledge of the cosmetic market, including competitors, agencies, and retailers, is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and uphold the brand DNA.
- Capability to manage priorities and plan ahead.
- Creativity and aesthetic sense.
- Proficiency in budget management.
- Solution-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with generic software such as PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge of creative tools and software, including Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, and occasionally Illustrator, is advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years of visual merchandising experience in a similar environment, ideally within the beauty industry.
