Kendo Visual Merchandising Coordinator

- Plan and manage the design, briefing, production, and rollout of point-of-sale (POS) materials for launches and marketing activities within the allocated budget, collaborating closely with UK stakeholders.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and production of visual merchandising (VM) plates and POS for Kendo launches, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and liaising with local suppliers and headquarters teams.
- Develop and disseminate Visual Merchandising launch guidelines, ensuring effective implementation in stores and presenting to relevant teams.
- Create planograms for space negotiation and VM planning.
- Manage the VM maintenance tracker and coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues promptly.
- Update and share weekly tracker with the business regarding the status of VM projects.
- Support marketing and other stakeholders in executing bespoke displays as required.
- Participate in new store openings and pop-up events as needed.
- Create purchase orders and manage costs within the VM budget tracker.
- Coordinate product send-outs for suppliers as necessary.
- Minimum 3 years of visual merchandising experience in a similar environment, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Proficiency in generic software such as PowerPoint and Excel

A minimum of three years of experience in visual merchandising, ideally within the beauty sector, is required.
