1. Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Stay abreast of current technologies and trends in social media to enhance engagement.
3. Set specific objectives and report on return on investment (ROI).
4. Manage and allocate budget for social media activities.
5. Maintain relationships and stay informed about trends with social media partners such as Instagram and TikTok.
6. Create and manage a social media calendar.
7. Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily, including original text, photos, videos, and news.
8. Analyze competitor activity and recommend improvements.
9. Suggest and implement new features to enhance brand awareness.
10. Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to grow social media presence in the region.

1. Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred).
2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
3. Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the Middle East within the Beauty or Retail industry.

2. Ability to manage creative agencies to deliver innovative content.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
4. Agility to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

7. Ability to collect and leverage key performance metrics and data.
8. Strong project management skills, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management within the Beauty or Retail industry in the Middle East.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
