Kendo Social Media Manager

- Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Stay abreast of current technologies and trends in social media.
- Set specific objectives and report on return on investment (ROI).
- Manage a budget for social media activities.
- Maintain relationships and current information trends with social media partners such as Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Create and manage the social media calendar.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily, including original text, photos, videos, and news.
- Analyze competitor activity and recommend improvements.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness.
- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to enhance social media presence in the region.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in the Middle East within the beauty or retail industry.
- Strong experience in setting up new social accounts and content management.
- Ability to manage creative agencies to deliver creative content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire direct reports and influence across global, regional, and local groups.
- Client-centric, omnichannel mindset.
- Creative and solution-driven approach.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in social media management within the beauty or retail industry, particularly in the Middle East.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
