Kendo Social Media Intern

- Develop and produce engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns tailored to different phases of the purchasing funnel.
- Collaborate with the brand team to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments, product launches, and events.
- Monitor and engage with the online community across all social media platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive and inclusive online environment.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors who align with brand principles.
- Conduct research on emerging social media trends and popular content formats.
- Analyze competitors and industry leaders to identify best practices.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance social media strategy.
- Track performance metrics and compile reports on engagement and growth.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Ability to frequently travel to Saudi Arabia if based in Dubai.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months of prior social media internship experience within the Beauty or Retail industry preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a good command of grammar, spelling, and style.
- Creativity and a keen visual eye for effective social media content.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in posts, captions, and hashtags.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic analytical skills to interpret engagement data and suggest improvements.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills in a rapidly changing digital space.
- Team player comfortable working collaboratively with Marketing and other departments.
Prior experience with major social media platforms, such as Instagram and TikTok, and their best practices is required. Experience with content creation or social media management, including personal projects or school work, is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
