- Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Stay abreast of current technologies and trends in social media, ensuring the brand remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Set specific objectives and report on return on investment for social media activities.
- Manage budgets for social media initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Cultivate relationships with social media partners such as Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Create and maintain a social media calendar, generating, editing, publishing, and sharing engaging content daily.
- Analyze competitor activity and recommend improvements to enhance brand presence.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness and engagement.
- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to enhance social media presence in the region.
- Plan, organize, and execute brand events, activations, and pop-ups to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with agencies, cross-functional teams, and headquarters to maximize event reach and impact.
- Ensure events align with brand identity and marketing objectives, managing budgets, timelines, and logistics.
- Integrate social media strategies seamlessly into event activations.
- Track and report on event performance, including attendance, engagement, and return on investment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in the Middle East within the beauty or retail industry.
- Proficiency in setting up new social media accounts and managing content.
- Strong experience in brand events and activations.
- Ability to manage creative agencies to deliver compelling content.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Client-centric, omnichannel mindset.
- Creative and solution-driven approach.
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Middle East within the beauty or retail industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
