Kendo Skincare Specialist

- Conduct OLE Skin Treatments and provide personalized skincare diagnosis and consultation.
- Educate customers on Kendo skincare products, focusing on application techniques and routines.
- Achieve monthly retail sales and facial targets.
- Support planning and execution of key events and PR activities.
- Manage client bookings and build tailored client profiles.
- Attend bespoke training and promote product and service knowledge.
- Sell products and skincare treatments using professional selling techniques.
- Cross-sell makeup and fragrance.
- Coach Beauty Consultants on skincare diagnosis and application tips.
- Ensure treatment rooms meet hygiene and quality standards.
- Monitor stock levels and report issues to headquarters and store managers.
- Conduct operational and administrative tasks.
- Adhere to Kendo’s grooming guidelines and store standards.
- Represent brand values and maintain a professional attitude.
- Formal skincare treatment professional certificate, NVQ, or Diploma.
- Previous professional treatment experience and understanding of skin analysis.
- Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
- Strong commercial selling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in skincare application techniques.
- Knowledge of face and body anatomy and skincare treatments.
- Ability to coach and develop team members.
- Basic computer skills.
- Understanding of social media platforms.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
Formal skincare treatment professional certificate, NVQ, or Diploma.
