Kendo Senior Social Marketing Manager

- Lead the development and execution of Fenty Skin and Fenty Hair's social media strategy.
- Drive brand awareness and engagement, introducing Fenty Skin and Fenty Hair to new audiences.
- Define the role of each social media channel and execute a best-in-class organic social strategy.
- Collaborate with global partners to establish Fenty Skin as a global brand on owned and retailer social channels.
- Create and evolve the 'global brand social playbook.'
- Employ a test, learn, and scale strategic mindset to optimize owned social media.
- Identify and pursue social innovation across reporting, content, and strategy.
- Partner with e-commerce and retail marketing teams to support direct sales initiatives.
- Manage the annual organic social budget, including forecasting and tracking.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner across Creative, Brand Management, eCommerce, and international teams.
- Share best practices and platform updates with broader groups.
- Schedule, write copy, and manage community engagement on one social platform.
- Strategize social-driven methods to reach new audiences beyond owned channels.
- Oversee and lead reporting, data tracking, and competitive landscape analysis.
- Coach and mentor a high-performing team.
- Stay informed on pop culture, digital/social/tech innovation, and emerging influencers and content creators.
- 7+ years of experience in social media marketing with increasing responsibility.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team.
- Passion for the beauty industry and social media.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful social campaigns.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional writing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong creative eye for disruptive content in beauty.
- Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
- Flexible and positive attitude with the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Curious mindset with a passion for testing and learning.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
Minimum of 7 years in social media marketing, with a proven track record in team leadership and campaign delivery.
$124,000 - $150,000 per year, dependent on experience and location. Includes annual bonus.
