- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in beauty or skincare.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices.
- Expertise in influencer marketing and PR event management.
- Experience with major beauty retailers, preferably Sephora.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and French.
