Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans in EU regions aligned with brand objectives and global guidelines.
- Manage marketing budgets and resources, overseeing budget allocation and optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.
- Lead product launches and spearhead the go-to-market strategy for new products.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives across social media, influencer collaborations, and paid advertising.
- Oversee brand partnerships and collaborations to expand brand reach and engagement.
- Lead influencer marketing strategies in key markets, including identifying and building relationships with influencers.
- Conceptualize and implement impactful PR events to elevate brand awareness.
- Collaborate with Sephora on joint retailer and brand projects to drive mutual growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, tracking KPIs and analyzing campaign results.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on beauty or skincare preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing landscape and best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in influencer marketing and PR event management.
- Experience working with major beauty retailers, preferably Sephora.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
