Kendo Senior Marketing Manager

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for EU regions in alignment with brand objectives and global guidelines.
- Manage marketing budgets and resources to optimize ROI.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including positioning and promotional activities.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives across social media, influencer collaborations, and paid advertising.
- Oversee brand partnerships and collaborations to expand brand reach.
- Lead influencer marketing strategies, including relationship building and talent scouting.
- Conceptualize and execute impactful PR events to elevate brand awareness.
- Collaborate with Sephora on joint projects and marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategies.
- Work closely with global brand, marketing, and retail teams for cohesive messaging.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, analyzing KPIs and campaign results.
- Mentor and develop junior marketing team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in beauty or skincare.
- Proven track record in successful marketing campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and influencer strategies.
- Experience with major beauty retailers, particularly Sephora.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and French.
