Kendo Senior Marketing Manager

- Oversee the comprehensive management of marketing plans and budgets for Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, Fenty Hair, and Fenty Fragrance, including strategic planning and execution.
- Lead and develop a team comprising an Associate Marketing Manager and two Marketing Coordinators.
- Adapt global marketing strategies to align with local UK and Ireland market goals, managing 8-10+ annual product launches.
- Liaise with global teams to communicate regional needs, gain approvals, and foster international relationships.
- Develop customized marketing campaigns across multiple retailers, including Boots and Sephora.
- Create impactful presentations for effective storytelling, often with quick turnaround requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the development of holistic 360-degree marketing plans and retail excellence.
- Manage retail media strategies and budgets, aligning with commercial focuses.
- Oversee consumer activations from inception to completion, including in-store event strategies.
- Utilize market benchmarking tools to forecast trends and develop actionable strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget for all four brands.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in beauty or cosmetics marketing, preferably within the UK/Ireland market.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing a team.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Adeptness with social media platforms.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving capabilities.
A minimum of 5 years in beauty or cosmetics marketing, ideally within the UK/Ireland market.
