Kendo Senior Manager, Social Marketing — North America
Kendo Holdings is a San Francisco–based beauty brand developer and incubator owned by LVMH. Known for creating and scaling digitally native and culturally driven beauty labels (including the Fenty house of brands), Kendo combines entrepreneurial speed with LVMH’s luxury heritage to launch product, storytelling and retail programs for global Sephora channels and selective retail partners.
- Define and evolve North America social strategy across TikTok, Pinterest, and X to lead cultural conversation, grow community, and drive engagement.
- Manage the NA social content calendar, balancing planned campaigns, trend-led moments, and always-on product storytelling across Fenty Beauty, Skin and Hair channels.
- Lead, mentor and scale a cross-functional social team spanning Campaigns, Content and Community functions.
- Own integration of organic social with TikTok Shop and live shopping initiatives: plan Lives, creator integrations and shoppable storytelling to drive discovery, traffic and conversion.
- Collaborate closely with NA Marketing, E‑commerce, Sales and Global Social to align local storytelling with global direction and commerce objectives.
- Share social publishing responsibilities with senior peers and oversee day-to-day posting across TikTok, Pinterest and X.
- Manage the NA social budget and partner with analytics teams to set KPIs across engagement, growth and conversion for organic and social commerce programs.
- Test emerging platform features and formats (e.g., TikTok Shop, Pinterest Shuffles, X video) and incorporate learnings into creative playbooks for Global and NA teams.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record coaching, inspiring and growing social teams.
- Demonstrable expertise in social-first storytelling and social commerce (TikTok Shop, live formats, creator integrations).
- Deep platform fluency across TikTok, Pinterest and X, with working knowledge of YouTube, Instagram and Threads.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Marketing, E‑commerce and Sales stakeholders and experience managing budgets.
- Analytical orientation with ability to define KPIs, interpret performance data and translate insights into creative and commercial outcomes.

Minimum 7 years in social marketing with at least 4 years working on beauty brands; proven experience delivering social campaigns that drive measurable engagement and commerce.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
