Kendo Senior Manager, Human Resources People Partner

- Establish and nurture strong, trusted relationships with client group leaders, understanding business context and long-term objectives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor, assessing organizational structures, identifying capability gaps, and advising on workforce planning and leadership effectiveness.
- Analyze HR and engagement metrics to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.
- Lead complex employee relations matters with sound judgment and compassion, ensuring equitable practices and values-based decision-making.
- Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in all HR processes and frameworks.
- Oversee annual talent processes, including promotions and succession planning, while coaching managers on feedback and career development.
- Support organizational changes with effective communication and change management strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and DEI to implement integrated People solutions.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong track record in HR Business Partner roles.
- Proven success in navigating complex employee relations and advising senior leadership.
- High emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Ability to use data and insights to shape strategy and influence decisions.
- Experience in matrixed or multi-functional organizations; beauty or consumer goods experience preferred.
- Knowledge of California and U.S. employment law; HR certification is a plus.
- Strategic thinking and operational excellence.

A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, particularly in HR Business Partner roles supporting corporate client groups.
