Kendo Senior Manager, Financial Systems & Reporting

- Serve as the primary administrator for the Anaplan financial systems platform.
- Design, develop, and maintain Anaplan models to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage Anaplan integrations with other enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM.
- Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials for Anaplan.
- Provide training and support to Anaplan end-users.
- Drive the development and maintenance of financial reports, dashboards, and scorecards in Power BI.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations and reporting.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for financial processes.
- Lead systems implementation and change management efforts.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or financial systems management.
- Experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Experience with multi-national, cross-company allocation, currency translation, and consolidation activities.
- Proficient in process mapping and systems aptitude.
- Experience with AX and financial planning tools such as Anaplan.
- Solid project management skills.
- Effective communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to build cross-functional partnerships and drive work to conclusion.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload.
- Curious, solution-oriented, and creative with a process improvement mindset.
- Strong customer service orientation.
Minimum of 8 years in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or financial systems management, with a focus on systems administration and development.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $155,000 per year based on location and experience. Includes an annual bonus.
