Kendo Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

- Manage the brand and channel-level P&L forecast, integrating inputs from sales planning and cost centers.
- Oversee monthly Latest Estimate (LE) and annual budget submissions, including risk and opportunity analysis.
- Provide executive-ready summaries and insights into channel profitability, including owned sites and emerging platforms.
- Develop and refine tools to monitor promotional efficiency and margin trends.
- Serve as the primary finance partner to brand and marketing teams, translating business activities into financial impacts.
- Establish repeatable processes and reporting for new direct-to-consumer platforms, such as Roblox commerce and influencer gifting.
- Collaborate with centralized teams to ensure accuracy in COGS, logistics, and payroll allocations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in FP&A, preferably within eCommerce or consumer goods sectors.
- Proven expertise with digital channel P&Ls, marketing ROI analysis, and executive reporting.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication skills to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Proactive problem-solving approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, with a preference for backgrounds in eCommerce or consumer goods.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $155,000 annually, contingent upon experience and location.
