Kendo Senior Manager, Commercial & Business Development

- Develop and implement strategic plans across multiple channels to enhance sales, focusing on direct-to-consumer avenues such as VIP sales and social selling.
- Lead negotiations with potential retail partners to facilitate business expansion in North Asia.
- Identify and pursue new retail and wholesale opportunities within Hong Kong and beyond, leveraging local resources and market conditions.
- Explore and manage lease renewals for pop-up opportunities in local shopping malls to bolster market presence.
- Drive market trend analysis, gather feedback from social sellers, and utilize consumer insights to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and VIPs to ensure sustained sales performance aligned with budgetary goals.
- Ensure business development initiatives align with the company's strategic objectives and contribute to achieving operational targets.
- Proven experience in commercial and business development roles, with a focus on retail management and market expansion.
- Experience in Regional and/or Travel Retail is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to establish and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years in relevant roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
