Kendo Senior Director of International People & Culture

- Drive inclusive, region-specific hiring strategies aligned with global standards.
- Partner with Global Talent Acquisition on hiring approaches, tools, and employer branding.
- Champion talent mobility across Kendo and the broader LVMH ecosystem.
- Foster a consistent and engaging employee experience across international markets, in alignment with global employee engagement strategy.
- Manage employee relations matters with cultural and legal nuance, ensuring alignment with company values and global best practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to international leaders and managers on employee matters and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead the RISE performance management lifecycle across international markets.
- Collaborate with the Global Talent Management team to drive calibration and development efforts.
- Facilitate the OMR process for EMEA, LATAM & APAC regions while partnering with Global to ensure the international lens and key talents are represented effectively.
- Ensure EMEA, LATAM & APAC leaders are well-trained in performance coaching and feedback.
- Partner with Global Total Rewards on the global ICR consolidation and lead international ICR efforts.
- Provide regional insights on compensation trends, cost-of-living, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure benefits are locally relevant and aligned with global and LVMH guidelines.
- Partner with Global Talent Development team to execute company-wide learning initiatives while adapting for localized needs.
- Identify regional development needs and partner with Global Talent Development to shape relevant, impactful programs.
- Leverage OMR outcomes to support leadership development, high-potential programs, and regional upskilling strategies.
- Oversee regional HR operations, payroll, HRIS, and legal compliance.
- Implement streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Lead and support regional implementation of global and local change initiatives.
- Guide leaders through organizational transitions with cultural sensitivity.
- Partner with Global HR and Employee Communications Team to ensure consistent messaging and smooth adoption.
- Ensure adoption of global HR policies while providing local adaptation where needed.
- Act as the key liaison between International HR and Global HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, DEI, Rewards, Operations).
- Contribute to global HR governance forums to bring international perspective and inform global decisions.
- Use people data to identify trends and risks across regions.
- Partner with Global HRIS to ensure accuracy, transparency, and insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a global or multinational organization.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate HR initiatives into actionable plans.
- Experience managing HR operations, including budgeting, vendor management, and technology implementation.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
