Kendo Senior Brand Manager

- Develop and implement global category-level strategies for the lip category, including core growth plans and campaign objectives.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle of all lip collections.
- Establish oneself and the team as category experts, maintaining a strong merchant mindset and staying informed on competitive landscapes and consumer trends.
- Analyze sales data to identify product assortment gaps and draw actionable insights.
- Guide product positioning, messaging, campaign objectives, and asset creation for the brand.
- Lead global go-to-market plans to ensure successful product launches.
- Act as a brand liaison for internal teams supporting various functions such as packaging, inventory planning, and marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 5 years of related business experience, preferably in beauty or retail.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and creative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and work cross-functionally.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Minimum of 5 years in a related business role, with a strong preference for experience in the beauty or retail sectors.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $150,000 per year, based on location and experience. An annual bonus is also included.
