- Define and implement the European communication strategy for Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, and Fenty Hair, in collaboration with global teams and European Brand Managers.
- Develop and manage the communication mix and budget allocation.
- Deploy media plans across Europe, adapting investment strategies to diverse markets.
- Lead media plan execution with Sephora teams, US headquarters, and agencies.
- Establish reporting tools and analyze media performance.
- Maximize brand visibility on social media through strategic influence and gifting initiatives.
- Propose and execute partnerships to enhance brand presence and awareness on social platforms.
- Collaborate with Sephora's social media teams to provide tailored content and strengthen brand presence.
- Lead the event strategy, proposing innovative ideas aligned with brand DNA.
- Pitch concepts to global teams and manage execution with agency partners.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication or Marketing.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in brand communication or agency roles, ideally across multiple markets.
- Proven experience in the beauty sector.
- Expertise in social media and influencer marketing.
- Creative and organized with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong management skills.
- Fluent in English.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication or Marketing.
