Kendo Senior 360 Communication Manager

- Develop and implement the European communication strategy for Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, and Fenty Hair, in collaboration with global teams and European Brand Managers.
- Construct and manage the communication mix and budget allocation.
- Deploy media plans across Europe, tailoring media investment strategies to diverse European markets.
- Oversee media plan execution in partnership with Sephora, U.S. headquarters, and agencies.
- Establish reporting tools and analyze media performance metrics.
- Maximize brand visibility on social media through strategic influence and gifting initiatives.
- Propose and execute partnerships to enhance brand voice and awareness on social platforms.
- Collaborate with Sephora's social media teams to provide tailored content and strengthen brand presence.
- Lead the event strategy, proposing creative and brand-aligned concepts to global teams.
- Manage event execution with agency partners.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication or Marketing.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in brand communication or agency roles, ideally across multiple markets.
- Extensive experience in the beauty sector.
- Proficiency in social media and influencer marketing.
- Creative and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience in team management.
- Fluent in English.
Minimum of 5 years in brand communication or agency roles, with a focus on the beauty industry.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication or Marketing.
