1. Guide, inspire, and motivate a team of Makeup Artists, including managing staffing rotation schedules and coaching sales and artistry skills.
2. Lead by example in product knowledge and service, fostering a flawless customer experience and building a loyal clientele to drive sales.
3. Oversee sales goals and payroll investment to achieve financial objectives.
4. Strategically build and develop the brand business within the store.
5. Support in-store activations aligned with the brand calendar to promote new product launches and key selling periods.
6. Build strong, effective relationships with Selfridges management and within Kendo to drive business results and implement best practices.
7. Develop and refine the sales, artistry, and customer service skills of the team.
8. Manage testers and samples in-store.
9. Model respect, initiative, enthusiasm, and flexibility, representing the brand professionally and ethically.
10. Build effective, positive, and collaborative relationships with team and store partners.
11. Maintain excellent personal grooming standards.

1. Previous experience in a luxury store environment.
2. High-level makeup artistry background.
3. Minimum of 2 years of retail experience in a supervisory role.
4. Proven strategic abilities with strong business acumen.
5. Experience in building and executing clientele strategies.
6. Ability to lead, develop, and motivate staff, including conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
7. Experience in forward planning and achieving financial goals.
8. Strong customer service, clientele, and communication skills.
