Kendo Retail Manager

- Oversee the commercial performance of the designated area, managing sales figures and evaluating the impact of implemented actions.
- Conduct weekly performance indicator reviews and collaborate with stores to develop action plans.
- Regularly visit stores, dedicating four days per week to on-site presence.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with Sephora's store and headquarters teams, enhancing the business partnership.
- Ensure adherence to excellence standards in stores, including stock management, merchandising, and customer journey visibility.
- Enhance the brand awareness of Kendo's portfolio through strategic actions aligned with launch and trade marketing calendars.
- Monitor competitive activities, conduct benchmarks, and share insights with Kendo headquarters teams.
- Manage and develop the sales force, providing daily support, personalized training plans, and succession management.
- Negotiate and coordinate local training actions with regional and store directors, supporting the Education Manager in training deployment.
- Proven track record in retail management with 5 to 8 years of operational experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Result-oriented with expertise in key performance indicator analysis and action translation.
- Proficient in English and advanced in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
