Kendo Retail Manager

- Drive the commercial performance of the designated area, monitoring sales figures and assessing the impact of implemented actions.
- Conduct weekly performance indicator reviews and develop action plans in collaboration with store teams.
- Regularly visit stores, dedicating four days per week to on-site presence.
- Foster a strong business partnership with Sephora, maintaining close and sustainable relationships with store and headquarters teams.
- Enhance brand visibility and adherence to excellence standards in-store, including stock management, merchandising, and customer journey visibility.
- Develop and solidify the reputation of Kendo's brand portfolio through strategic actions aligned with launch calendars and trade marketing.
- Conduct competitive analysis and share insights with Kendo's headquarters teams.
- Manage and support the sales force, providing daily guidance and personalized training plans for animators.
- Coordinate training events and negotiate local training actions with regional and store directors.
- Proven experience in retail management, with a minimum of 5 to 8 years in an operational managerial role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Result-oriented with expertise in analyzing key performance indicators and translating data into actionable strategies.
- Proficient in English and advanced in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional leadership and motivational capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills for performance evaluation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and categories with agility.
Minimum of 5 years in a retail management role, with a focus on operational leadership.
