Kendo Retail Artist
Kendo Holdings, Inc., a San Francisco-based beauty brand developer and wholesaler, is owned by LVMH, the world's largest luxury group. - Contribute to brand goals and sales targets by inspiring and assisting customers.
- Model respect, initiative, enthusiasm, and flexibility while representing the brand professionally and ethically.
- Build effective and collaborative relationships with store partners.
- Develop a loyal clientele base to drive sales through exceptional make-up artistry and customer service.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of makeup techniques and current trends to advise customers.
- Attend brand training sessions to stay updated on the latest trends, products, and offerings.
- Maintain high presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Uphold excellent personal grooming standards.
- Previous experience in a department store environment with a prestige or artistry brand.
- At least 1 year of retail experience with a proven track record in beauty sales.
- Strong background in high-level makeup artistry.
- Experience in building a clientele portfolio.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.

At least 1 year of retail experience in a beauty selling environment, preferably with a prestige or artistry brand.
