1. Achieve personal and counter sales targets by demonstrating artistry and delivering excellent customer service.
2. Represent the brand with professionalism and adhere to all Kendo, brand, and Selfridges guidelines.
3. Develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and store partners.
4. Build a loyal clientele through strong makeup artistry skills and exceptional selling and service capabilities.
5. Advise customers on suitable products based on in-depth knowledge of makeup and its properties.
6. Participate in brand training sessions to stay updated on trends and product offerings.
7. Ensure high standards of housekeeping, presentation, and visual merchandising.
8. Maintain excellent personal grooming standards.

1. Previous experience in a department store environment with a prestige or artistry brand.
2. At least 1 year of retail experience with a proven track record in beauty sales.
3. Strong makeup artistry background.
4. Experience in building a clientele portfolio.
5. Excellent communication and listening skills.
6. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
7. Excellent organizational skills.
