- Contribute to achieving brand goals and sales targets.
- Exhibit respect, initiative, enthusiasm, and flexibility, representing the brand professionally and ethically.
- Foster effective, positive, and collaborative relationships with team and store partners.
- Build a loyal clientele base through strong makeup artistry skills and excellent customer service.
- Advise customers on product selection with in-depth knowledge of makeup.
- Participate in brand training to stay updated on trends and product offerings.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and visual merchandising.
- Uphold excellent personal grooming standards.
- Previous experience in a department store environment with a prestige or artistry brand.
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience with a proven track record in the beauty selling environment.
- High-level makeup artistry background.
- Experience in building a clientele portfolio.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
