Kendo Retail Artist

- Contribute to achieving brand goals and sales targets for Fenty Beauty by Rihanna.
- Represent the brand professionally and ethically at all times, adhering to Kendo, brand, and Harvey Nichols guidelines.
- Develop and maintain effective, positive relationships with team members and store partners.
- Build a loyal clientele base through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service skills.
- Advise customers on suitable products using in-depth makeup knowledge.
- Participate in brand training to stay updated on trends and product offerings.
- Ensure high standards of housekeeping and visual merchandising.
- Maintain excellent personal grooming standards.
- Previous experience in a department store environment with a prestige or artistry brand.
- At least 1 year of retail experience with a proven track record in a beauty selling environment.
- High-level makeup artistry background.
- Experience in building a clientele portfolio.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
