1. Contribute to achieving personal and counter sales targets through expert artistry and customer engagement.
2. Represent the brand professionally and ethically, adhering to all Kendo and brand guidelines.
3. Establish and maintain positive relationships with team members and store partners.
4. Build a loyal clientele through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service.
5. Advise customers on suitable products using in-depth makeup knowledge.

7. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and visual merchandising.

1. Previous experience in a department store environment with a prestige or artistry brand.
2. At least 1 year of retail experience in a beauty selling environment.
3. Proven track record in building a clientele portfolio.
4. Strong communication and listening skills.
5. Ability to build rapport with customers.
6. Excellent organizational skills.
