Kendo Retail Artist

- Contribute to achieving brand goals and sales targets.
- Model respect, initiative, enthusiasm, and flexibility, representing the brand professionally and ethically.
- Build effective, positive, and collaborative relationships with team and store partners.
- Develop a loyal clientele base to drive sales through strong make-up artistry skills and excellent customer service.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of makeup to advise customers on suitable products.
- Attend brand training sessions to stay updated on the latest trends and products.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and visual merchandising.
- Uphold excellent personal grooming standards.
- Previous experience in a department store environment with a prestige or artistry brand.
- At least 1 year of retail experience with a proven track record in a beauty selling environment.
- High-level makeup artistry background.
- Experience in building a clientele portfolio.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
