Kendo Regional Assistant Manager, Visual Merchandising

- Lead and manage visual merchandising projects across the APAC region, ensuring timely execution of launch calendars and space planning updates.
- Oversee ad-hoc business activities such as animations, in-store workshops, pop-ups, and store renovations, providing necessary visual merchandising support.
- Collaborate with Global Visual Merchandising and Regional Brand teams to align and execute regional strategies, supporting seasonal initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors to ensure clear project briefing, adherence to timelines, and budget management.
- Coordinate with local vendors to ensure design accuracy and effective in-store execution.
- Participate in bi-weekly calls with partners and vendors to ensure smooth communication and project progression.
- Manage purchase orders and payment processes, maintaining accurate financial oversight through diligent budget tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of proven visual merchandising experience at a corporate level and in a multi-store environment
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional creativity and aesthetic sensibility
A minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a corporate and multi-store environment.
Bachelor’s degree required
