Kendo Project Coordinator

- Enhance end-to-end project workflow, ensuring clarity and efficiency from briefing to delivery.
- Monitor project timelines, track milestones, and proactively manage risks and delays.
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and stakeholder requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors or consultants.
- Manage project briefings, production timelines, budget management, and prototype approvals.
- 2 – 3 years of experience in creative or visual merchandising project management.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
- Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
Minimum of 3 years in creative or visual merchandising project management, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry.
